Terms and Conditions

The Nile Co Company (TNCC) has the right to deny service to anyone. If there is a discrepancy in product a refund may be requested and honored. All employees of the TNCC family will provide professional and outstanding service to all customers. No customer shall be allowed to abuse employees verbally, physically or in  written form, or else legal prosecution will be adhered to. The Nile Co Company must be contacted prior to any legal action to try and resolve any matter. If a transaction has been refunded back to a customer, any legal/court intents will not be permitted.
